The 24-hour reproduction

When an AI-assistant spending incident is reported, Shield publishes within 24 hours a runnable reproduction: the incident as reported, the personal policy that would have held it, the verdict from the public sandbox, and what Shield could not have done.

Not a hot take — a runnable artifact. Each one carries four parts: the incident as reported (dated, linked), the personal policy that would have held it in Shield's own Allow / Ask Me / Block terms, a sandbox command with its verdict, and what Shield could not have done. A worked example against a sandbox scenario is labelled as one.
